Capped composite punishes a sloppy frame. We build the substructure to the board maker's spec, which is the only way the board warranty actually holds up.
We Pull the Permits
Drawings prepared, application filed, inspector met on site. You don't take a day off work and you end up with a documented structure.

Lumber, hardware, railing, stairs and schedule, itemized before demo. Changes get priced in writing before they happen, not after.

We walk the yard, check grade and drainage, look at the band board, and tell you what we find before we talk price.

Written Estimate
Materials, hardware, railing, stairs and schedule, itemized. Free, and good for 30 days.

Permit & Footings
We draw the plan, file with your county or city, pour footings, and meet the inspector on site.
4
Build & Walkthrough
Frame, deck, rail and finish, then we walk every tread and rail with you before the last invoice goes out.

Every structure we build carries a written workmanship warranty, and every one of them passes an inspection before we call it done. If something we framed, poured, screened or roofed fails under normal use, you call and we come fix it. That's the entire policy — there isn't a longer version.
