Florence

Florence is the western edge of our map and we schedule it in blocks, which means Shoals projects get a crew on site every day until the job is finished rather than a truck that shows up twice a week.

The older neighborhoods around downtown and Cloverdale have real porches worth saving. We repair and rebuild porch framing, decking, columns and roofs in a way that matches the house instead of replacing character with vinyl.

Newer construction out toward the river gets the same work we do anywhere else in the valley: composite decks, pergolas, screened porches, and concrete that drains away from the foundation.
