Madison is mostly newer construction, which means most projects start from a builder-grade concrete pad and a sliding door. The upgrade that changes the house is a roof over that pad: a finished ceiling, a fan, lighting, and shade that makes the back of the house usable in July.

Nearly every neighborhood here has an architectural review committee. We produce the elevation drawings and material list in the format the HOA wants, so your submittal goes through on the first pass instead of bouncing back for more detail.
