Huntsville

Huntsville is our busiest market and the one with the widest range of houses. A Blossomwood bungalow and a Hampton Cove new build need different framing, different railing, and different conversations about budget — but both get the same written scope and the same finish date.

The hills east of town mean a lot of elevated decks and walkout basements, where a deck becomes a real structure: deep footings, engineered beams, and a stair run that has to land somewhere sensible on a slope. That's work we do often enough to price it accurately the first time.

City of Huntsville permitting is its own process, and we run it. Drawings, application, footing inspection, final inspection — handled, documented, and yours to keep when the job closes.
