Tanner

Tanner is where our shop is, which means Tanner jobs get the first slot on the calendar and the shortest drive for a punch-list visit. Most of what we build here sits on acreage: big covered patios, pergolas over a concrete slab, and decks that have to handle a yard that slopes away from the house.

Rural lots change how a deck gets built. Footings go deeper where the soil is loose, drainage matters more when there's no storm system to tie into, and a covered structure has to be braced for wind coming across open ground. We account for all three before we quote.

Limestone County permits and inspections are part of the job, not an extra. We prepare the drawings, file the application, and meet the inspector so you never have to take a day off work for it.
